Office Staff

Owner/Director:
Raegen has owned and operated a childcare program for over 28 years, bringing passion, dedication, and expertise to every aspect of early childhood education. She holds an Associate’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Raegen oversees center operations, licensing, and program quality, while fostering a welcoming, supportive environment for children, families, and staff alike.

Admin:
Shelby has worked in childcare for over 10 years, bringing experience, dedication, and a passion for early childhood learning. She holds two Associate’s degrees—one in Early Childhood Education and another in Pre-Elementary Education Studies—as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pre-K through Grade Three. Shelby provides administrative support while also guiding curriculum planning and supporting teaching staff to create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children.

Admin/Lead Teacher:
Nikki has worked with children in a variety of roles for several years, bringing energy, creativity, and dedication to every classroom. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pre-K through Grade Three. As an Admin, Nikki supports daily operations, staff development, and family communication to ensure classrooms run smoothly. As a Lead Teacher for Pre-K, she creates a nurturing and engaging learning environment, fostering children’s growth through developmentally appropriate practices.

Nutritionists

Head Nutritionist:
Sue has worked with children for several years, bringing a strong understanding of child development and well-being. She has completed college coursework in Sociology and Psychology. As Head Nutritionist, Sue oversees nutrition standards for both buildings, ensuring healthy, balanced meals for all children.

Program Grandma:
Cutie has worked with children for several years and brings joy, warmth, and a playful spirit to every day at the center. As our beloved Program Grandma, she helps during lunch breaks, plays with the children, and brightens the classroom with her caring presence.

Infants

Lead Teacher, Infants:
Emily has worked with children for over 7 years and brings a gentle, nurturing approach to infant care. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is passionate about supporting each child’s growth and development during these important early years. Emily creates a safe, loving, and engaging environment where the youngest learners can thrive.

Lead Teacher, Infants:
Brooke has worked with children for over 4 years and brings enthusiasm, patience, and a caring heart to her classroom. She holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a CDA in Infant/Toddler Care. Brooke specializes in infant care, creating a nurturing, responsive, and stimulating environment where each baby feels safe, valued, and encouraged to explore.

Lead Teacher, Infants:
Lanelle has worked in childcare for over three years and brings warmth, creativity, and a calm, attentive presence to her classroom. She holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and specializes in infant care. Lanelle fosters a loving and engaging environment where babies feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore and grow at their own pace.

Toddlers

Lead Teacher, Toddlers:
Addi has worked with children for over two years and brings energy, patience, and enthusiasm to her classroom. She specializes in working with toddlers and is currently in the process of obtaining her CDA. Addi enjoys supporting toddlers as they explore, gain independence, and build social skills in a safe and engaging learning environment.

Lead Teacher, Toddlers:
Tulsa has worked with children for over six years and brings joy, patience, and enthusiasm to her work each day. She has experience with all age groups and specializes in working with toddlers. Tulsa holds a CDA in Preschool and uses her knowledge and warmth to create a positive, engaging environment where children feel confident, supported, and excited to learn.
Lead Teacher, Toddlers:
Ashley has worked with children for over four years and brings a gentle, caring presence to her classroom. She is currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education and specializes in working with infants and toddlers. Ashley provides a warm sense of comfort and consistency, helping children feel safe, supported, and nurtured as they grow and learn.

Preschool

Lead Teacher, Preschool:
Ricki has worked with children in a variety of roles for several years and holds a CDA in Preschool. She creates a nurturing, structured classroom environment where children learn and grow through thoughtfully planned, sequential lessons. Ricki is known for her engaging teaching style and strong lesson planning, helping children build skills, confidence, and a love for learning.

Lead Teacher, Preschool:
Trey has worked with children for 10 years and holds a CDA in Preschool. She creates a calm, nurturing, and well-structured classroom environment where children feel safe and supported. Trey is an amazing teacher who is known for her patience and for sharing her culture with the children, enriching the classroom through meaningful experiences that promote understanding, respect, and curiosity.

K-Prep

Lead Teacher, Pre-K:
Caley has worked with children for over 15 years and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She has experience with a wide range of age groups and specializes in Pre-K. Caley enjoys creating fun and engaging lessons, incorporating dance parties, and fostering strong social-emotional growth in the classroom, helping children build confidence and meaningful relationships as they prepare for kindergarten.

Lead Teacher, Pre-K:
Shavauna has worked with children for over eight years and holds both an Associate’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. She brings creativity, energy, and a love of learning into the classroom through engaging lessons, music, and hands-on activities. Shavauna is known for her artistic approach and joyful teaching style, and she enjoys learning new strategies to continually enhance children’s learning experiences.

Lead Teacher, Pre-K:
Christina has worked with children for over four years and specializes in working with Pre-K and school-age children. She brings a kind, calm, and thoughtful presence to her classroom and is always eager to learn, try new approaches, and create fun, engaging experiences for the children in her care.
